NUTRITION WITH CHYNA
Chyna is now a vegatarion. Chyna believes “If I don’t kill it then I shouldn’t eat it. Chyna studied many nutrition books after her WWE career to find a diet suitable for her figure and needs. Chyna does not need such large protein intake anymore as she is not maintaining as muscular a body.
Chyna eats almost the complete opposite of what she use to do she now eats lots of veg, fruit and try to eat as much organic food as possible. Chyna is currently on the master cleanse fast. Which is a very mental challenging diet. The benefits of this diet are it cleanses joints helps back problems and helps with insomnia and detoxing the body of toxins.
Chyna when she began sculpting her body read a lot about protein diets, protein shakes etc. Protein is the building block for muscle so Chyna ate lots of Milk, cheese, meats and protein shakes. During this time Chyna during this time trained as hard as possible with heavy, heavy weights and no cardio except for wrestling because she wanted to look and be as big and powerful as possible.
