How Christina Aguilera Lost the Pregnancy Weight
Wondering how stars like Christina Aguilera manage to lose the pregnancy weight so quickly after giving birth? While they do have the luxury of personal trainers and chefs, they still have to do the hard work. Just like for the rest of us, it's all about diet and exercise.
Christina's Exercise Regimen: (90 minute sessions five days/week)
·40 minute intervals of cardio on the treadmill or elliptical
·40 minutes of strength training with bicep curls, chest presses, pushups, and lunges
·300 ab strengthening crunches
·10 minutes of much needed stretching
Christina's Daily Diet Plan:(six days/week with a cheat day on Sunday)
·Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and jelly
·Snack - A piece of fruit
·Lunch - Tuna on whole wheat bread
·Snack - Cheddar cheese
·Dinner - Chicken or fish entree with a salad
